Upcoming Event: WCA Wine & Cheese with James Raffan & Craig MacDonald

Northern Lakes member Tom Connell is notifying the Chapter of an upcoming event that may be of  interest to local WCHA members. The Wilderness Canoe Association is holding a wine and cheese social on Saturday, November 18th. The event will feature a presentation by celebrated author and paddler Jim Raffan; the talk will focus on Jim's work with distinguished ethno-geographer Craig MacDonald.

Tom is willing to arrange tickets at a cost of $30 per individual (subject to availability). It should be a great opportunity to hear about a tremendous body of research and lore, while mingling with other members of the paddling community.
